The Dogtra IQ Plus Is suitable for small to large breeds of dogs, depending on their drive

The Dogtra IQ is a short range e-collar which is suitable for use up to 400 Meters and is best suited for use with small to medium breeds in safer environments. It may seem odd that this collar is listed as a pet and a professional dog training collar. However I am often asked for this collar by professional trainers who are engaged in working trials, Schutzhund, ring sport and competitive obedience who already have a highly trained dog and purely and simply want a collar for positional training i.e. a close heel, recall or sit, down and stand. Being very small and unobtrusive it is both difficult to see on many dogs and easy for the trainer to conceal the transmitter in their hand.

Longer contact points are available for the Dogtra IQ PLUS. I can supply 3/4 Inch and 1 inch contacts for deep coated breeds. If you are considering 1 inch contacts then please be careful as if a lead is attached to the E-Collar it can place too much strain on the 1 inch contact point and they have been known to snap off.
