Your Dogtra E-Collar will be assessed by Dogtra UK & Either Sent For Repair or a Replacement Unit Issued.

Postage Policy  All items sold by Dogtra UK include free postage unless otherwise stated, or unless agreed with the customer that a non standard method of postage is used such as a specific courier or a guaranteed next day service.   All high value items over £100 are sent out on a First Class Signed for service. Unless you have some specific arrangement with Royal Mail, high value items will not be left in sheds or porches. All deliveries require a signature and once signed for and left, will be deemed your responsibility.  Items purchased under £100 in value will generally be sent on a Second Class service and instructions can be given when placing your order in regards to leaving the parcel in a safe place. However, once the postal worker has left your parcel where specified and provides photographic evidence, then the parcel becomes your responsibility if it is found to be lost or stolen.   Items will not be considered lost and replacements will not be sent unless they have been missing for at least 14 days after the date of dispatch.  

Returns Policy 

In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you by Dogtra UK are not what you expected, please follow the return instructions on this page. You must return them in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging and a Dogtra UK Returns Form within 14 days of receipt. Please message us to be sent a returns form  
You must contact us to make us aware that you are returning your order, your return must be carried out in a timely manner and not agreed, then sent several weeks / months later.  
Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange / refund if they are unused and in their original undamaged packaging. (Distance Selling Regulations Do Not Constitute Free E-Collar Rental). 
If there is any damage to the goods or packaging we reserve the right to decline your exchange / refund request. The items will then be returned to you and remain your responsibility.  
 
Return Postage To Dogtra UK is to be covered by the customer.  

Exchange / Replacement Policy  Exchanges and replacements are usually processed within 7 days. But can take longer as they are subject to the required items being in stock.  Please remember that until items are safely received by Dogtra UK, they remain your responsibility. We suggest returning items via some means or registered and or insured postage for your own protection.  

Refunds Policy  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email sent to you when this is done. Please help us to process your refund quickly by including a copy of your original purchase paperwork.  Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take longer during busy periods. It is your responsibility to return your original item to us (Dogtra UK does not offer free returns). We suggest sending via some means of recorded postage as items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us.   

Faulty Goods Policy  Please note that if goods are found to be non-faulty then all return postage and packing is the responsibility of the customer.  If items appear to be faulty or damaged upon receipt then please contact Dogtra UK immediately where we will arrange replacement items to be sent out. We may ask you for photographs of damage prior to you posting your return.   Regretfully we can only send out replacements once we have received your original unit in return.  Dogtra UK provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.   If you purchased your Dogtra product from another authorised UK re seller we would ask you to contact that re seller and comply with their returns policy.  If you purchased your Dogtra product from a retailer in another country or you made a purchase from EBay or Amazon which required you to pay VAT or import duty then we would ask you to deal with that retailer directly.   Your 2 year warranty does include batteries in all sealed units which are advertised as waterproof.   We do sell replacement batteries but do not advise users replace batteries themselves during their warranty period as this may effect the waterproof integrity of the unit. If there is any evidence of water ingress after a user has opened the unit then the repairs will not be covered under warranty.  The loss of transmitters, receivers or antennas is not covered under the terms of this warranty.   Serial numbers of all products sold by Dogtra UK have been kept for the past several years. Dogtra UK will not provide warranties for items not found in their database. We can also check with Dogtra Europe if an item was supplied to us or another re seller. If the serial number has been defaced or removed we will not carry out any warranty work on that product.  

Out Of Warranty Repairs  Dogtra UK is able to arrange out of warranty repairs on all Dogtra products. The whole cost of this is to be borne by the customer with a minimum service charge to cover the cost of posting to Dogtra Europe for a technical assessment. Once assessed by a technician a full quote will be provided for the repair.  

We really are very aware that Dogtra E-Collars are often and essential part of your dog training or dog walking kit. We will endeavour to return / replace items as fast as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any alternative arrangements, training, damage, veterinary or legal costs which are incurred whilst you are without your Dogtra E-Collar.
