Postage Policy All items sold by Dogtra UK include free postage unless otherwise stated, or unless agreed with the customer that a non standard method of postage is used such as a specific courier or a guaranteed next day service. All high value items over £100 are sent out on a First Class Signed for service. Unless you have some specific arrangement with Royal Mail, high value items will not be left in sheds or porches. All deliveries require a signature and once signed for and left, will be deemed your responsibility. Items purchased under £100 in value will generally be sent on a Second Class service and instructions can be given when placing your order in regards to leaving the parcel in a safe place. However, once the postal worker has left your parcel where specified and provides photographic evidence, then the parcel becomes your responsibility if it is found to be lost or stolen. Items will not be considered lost and replacements will not be sent unless they have been missing for at least 14 days after the date of dispatch.

In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you by Dogtra UK are not what you expected, please follow the return instructions on this page. You must return them in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging and a Dogtra UK Returns Form within 14 days of receipt. Please message us to be sent a returns form
You must contact us to make us aware that you are returning your order, your return must be carried out in a timely manner and not agreed, then sent several weeks / months later.
Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange / refund if they are unused and in their original undamaged packaging. (Distance Selling Regulations Do Not Constitute Free E-Collar Rental).
If there is any damage to the goods or packaging we reserve the right to decline your exchange / refund request. The items will then be returned to you and remain your responsibility.
